Spaces Hofplein

Located a stone’s throw away from Rotterdam Centraal station, just around the corner from the newly renovated picturesque Hofbogen, Spaces Hofplein is a creative workspace with a unique identity. Completed in 2016 and designed by London based designer Sevil Peach, natural light flows though large glass windows, with views extending over Rotterdam and the Maas River as far as Delft.

Inside the imposing concrete structure, multiple freelancers, small and midsize businesses share 5000m2 of flexible office space – some in private offices – with access to 10 bookable meeting rooms, while business club members benefit from a private business club space, exclusive to Spaces members worldwide. A series of Anglepoise® Type 75™ desk lamps in Jet Black contrast and enhance the stylish interior spaces, providing flexible task lighting both in open workspaces and in the Hofplein clubroom.
